such case, the user will be refunded the subscription fee for the balance
period on pro-rate basis. The renewals are made on the prevailing terms

Any disputes or differences arising out of

resolved by arbitration of a sole arbitrator in accordance with the
provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Govt. of India.
Arbitration proceedings shall be held in Delhi (India) and shall be
conducted in the English / Hindi language.
